Solape is a business executive with over 19 years’ experience in Management Consulting, Risk Management, Banking and Financial Advisory. She is the Founder and CEO of Ten Talents Limited, a business advisory firm providing business planning, recruitment, strategy development, process improvement, organizational transformation, risk management, performance management, programme management and financial advisory services.
She is also Co-Founder and CEO of Impact Hub Lagos, a collaborative centre for entrepreneurs which provides work space, offices, consulting services and capacity building programs that inspire, connect and enable impact. Impact Hub Lagos is part of the rapidly expanding Impact Hub network of over 16,000 members across 102 hubs in 50 countries worldwide.
Solape commenced her consulting career at Accenture, leaving as a Manager in the Finance and Performance Management Market Unit. Prior to that, she spent over 3 years in the Credit Administration and Risk Management department of MBC International Bank, then a subsidiary of BNP Paribas (now part of First Bank of Nigeria Plc.) She also previously served as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of a financial advisory firm based in Lagos with clients across Nigeria, Ghana, Zambia and other parts of Africa. Solape earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Ibadan and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree from INSEAD.
Solape is passionate about social change and serves as Secretary to the Board of Trustees for the Handicapped Education Foundation (HANDEF) and is a member of the International Women’s Society (IWS), Hospitals for Humanity (HFH) and the Nigerian Leadership Initiative (NLI). She also serves as the Chairperson of KHAN Regenesis, a not-for-profit organization focused on bringing positive change to the vocational sector, particularly as relates to construction. KHAN specializes in concept development, programme management, vocational training support, placement services, policy development and advocacy. Solape also sits on the Board or Advisory Councils of various for-profit organisations including Olorunsogo Power Plc, Page Financials, Studio Lumiere, Mums in Tech UK LLC and Rue14 Studios.
Dipo is a seasoned professional with banking experience spanning over 17 years working at Fidelity Bank, Access Bank and GT Bank in various functions including Branch Operations, Central Clearing, Private Banking and Branch Manager. He is presently is a Relationship Manager in Commercial Banking Group at Stanbic IBTC Bank.
Mr Opatola is an associate member (ACA) of Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAN), a graduate of Economics from University of Ibadan and also holds an M.Sc Finance degree from University of Bradford.
Mr Uboma is a tech entrepreneur with wide industry experience, covering business consulting, telecommunications and e-business solutions. He specialises in Information Technology Network design, Telecommunications DWDM, SDH network design and implementation, Fixed Wireless Access deployment, POP design and Implementation, e-business strategy and unified communications as a service.
He founded Kapstone Solutions Nigeria Ltd in 2003 to provide technical services to Telecom majors and other multinational firms in Nigeria, after working in the ICT and telecommunications sector across Europe, Asia and the US.
Michael holds a degree in Electronic Systems and computer engineering with a major European language (Spanish).
Pius Ogwuche is a Software Developer with over 20 years experience. He was part of the team that built the first interbank realtime settlement system (RTGS) for CBN.
He has deep intellectual interest in open APIs.
He is currently the CTO at Ifriqiya Capital.
Pius graduated from the University of Benin with a B.Sc (Computer Science).
Adefowowe Adebamowo is a financial analyst with a focus on the business and investment terrain in Africa. He has been advising individuals and firms with investable funds or those seeking to raise long-term capital since 2001.
He is currently the CEO at Ifriqiya Capital. Prior to this, he was the Managing Consultant at BizIntel Consulting, a position he held between 2009 and 2014. Before that, he spent a decade in banking (working at places such as Zenith Bank and Access Bank in Nigeria) catering at different times to retail, commercial, corporate and public sector clients.
Mr Adebamowo has a B.Sc (Economics) from the University of Ibadan and is a CFA Institute member. He spends his time producing bespoke business & investment research, developing investment strategies and designing optimal portfolios to suit the needs of varied clients.
